Bee's knees

Ingredients

• 59.15 ml gin
• 29.57 ml honey syrup
• 29.57 ml lemon juice
• garnish with lemon peel

Method

Combine gin, honey syrup and lemon juice into a mixing tin. Shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.
