Bellini

Wine cocktail

Served: Straight up: chilled, without ice Glass: Champagne flute

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Prosecco
  • 50 ml fresh peach purée

Method

Pour peach purée into chilled glass, add sparkling wine. Stir gently.

Notes

Traditionally a Bellini uses white peaches for the fruit.
