Served: Straight up: chilled, without ice Glass: Cocktail glass

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml raspberry syrup
  • 20 ml 1 egg white or aquafaba or 4 drops cocktail foamer

Method

Dry shake ingredients to emulsify, add ice, shake and served straight up.
