Served: Straight up: chilled, without ice Glass: Cocktail glass

Ingredients

  • 15 ml brandy
  • 45 ml port
  • 10 ml egg yolk

Method

Shake ingredients together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass, garnish and serve
